IEF என்ன செய்கிறது / திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது

இதற்கான திட்டங்கள்:

1. கல்வி ஆண்டின் ஆரம்பத்தில் அல்லது மாதாந்திர தொகையாக கொடுப்பது.
2. குழுக்கள்  அமைத்து பள்ளிகளின் செயல்பாடுகள் முன்னேற்றம் ஆகியவற்றில் சேர்த்தியங்வது.
3. மாணவர்களுக்கு புத்தகம் தாயரிக்க, பதிப்பித்து கொடுப்பது.
4. தாளார்களுக்கு பொதுமக்களிடமும், செல்வந்தர்களிடம் பணம் திரட்ட பயிற்சி கொடுப்பது, தொடர்பு ஏற்படுத்தி கொடுப்பது.
5. பள்ளிகளில் மாணவர்கள் சேர்க்கையை அதிகபடுத்த மகிழுந்து போன்றவைகள் வாங்க ஊதவி செய்வது.
6. கண்ணி வசதி செய்து கொடுப்பது.
7. அமெரிக்கா தமிழ்ப்பள்ளி மாணவர்க தமிழ்நாடு செல்லும் பொழுது தாய் தமிழ்ப்பள்ளியை பார்க்க் செய்வது.
